Southern Fire Protection courses are carried out safely at your premises and are designed to increase the overall fire safety awareness of all employees and to impress upon them the need to be vigilant and to report any problems or defects to fire safety-related equipment. Fire Safety Training Requirements

If you are an employer, business owner or are in control of a premises, Section 21 of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 that came into force on 1st October 2006, states that you “must ensure that your employees are provided with adequate fire safety training”.

Whilst it may be a legal requirement, it also makes good sense to protect yourself, your staff and your business from fire, as each year the cost to business through fire runs into millions of pounds and approximately 80% of affected companies never recover.
